hell nay, the ss is fine by me. I think a panel van SS would be killer.

No flame suit needed. I’ve heard the SS had some get-up-and-go. I do find forward visibility to be a bit odd, though. The roof comes down quite a ways. They do seem like useful little vehicles, though.

The HHR SS is awesome. Like a Cobalt SS, but with more wagon and more retro.

The interior of the HHR is filled with so much bad plastic that the panel variant makes it all bearable. A Cobalt SS motor helps the coolness factor, too.

Almost? Your dad didn’t even buy one and your worried about a flamesuit. My dad owns two of the damn things and they are not even the SS model. One is at least a panel van, though.
But he likes them so whatever.

I’m the guy that likes SRT4 Caliber, so I can’t hate the HHR SS.

WAIT WHY ARE THEY ALL AUTOMATIC!?.
Seriously Every single one I can find on CL is auto. Which is like 12, 12 of them, from Duluth to Milwaukee and not one stick. I am Disappoint.
Also the taillights are the best part of the HHR.

Totally cool with the HHR SS, especially in panel van form. I also like the Cobalt SS sedan though.

There’s one SS Panel within 500 miles of me. $14k for an ‘09 automatic with 115k miles.

I saw one yesterday and caught myself thinking about getting one. I’ve been thinking about getting a 5-door hatchback like a Mazda3. I know the mazda is great to drive, but I know at least 10 people who drive a mazda3
